Riding with the Distinguished Gentlemen
On Saturday 21 May, Roy rode in the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride in Bishop’s Stortford to raise awareness and funds for prostate cancer. Sadly, prostate cancer is the most prevalent cancer in males in the world, with more than 10 million men living with or being beyond a diagnosis.
The Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride in Bishop’s Stortford was attended by 153 riders, who have so far raised more than £20,000. Globally, DSG events brought together 104,342 riders who have raised an astonishing £5.7 million to date.
All funds raised will be going to power Movember’s work across two of the most complex issues facing men around the world: prostate cancer and mental health.
